PIPETTE “SEDIMAS” with test-tube and stopper
PIPETTING
Prepare the blood sample according to the instructions.
Carefully mix the prepared sample.
Pierce the yellow stopper with SEDIMAS pipette and insert the pipette straight to the bottom of the plastic test-tube; the blood column will automatically rise to its zero position, important for a successful measurement.
Upon completion of the pipetting, the system SEDIMAS remains closed, reducing the risk of infection.
A STANDARDIZED MEASURING PROCEDURE
Insert the pipette with the test tube into a base.
Take care that the pipettes stand vertically.
The form of the pipette and sample preparation in the test tube ensures a full compatibility with the Westergreen procedure.
Read the test results after a period of 1 hour.
Upon completion of the test don't disassemble the system; dispose the pipette together with the test tube in accordance with the laboratory regulations.
